Support with fees

At Hearts Day Nursery, we believe that quality early education should be accessible to all families, which is why we offer competitive fees without compromising on the exceptional care and learning experiences we provide.

We also offer a range of flexible options to meet the needs of busy families, including part-time and full-time schedules. Additionally, we participate in government-funded programs, allowing us to offer funded places for eligible children. Our goal is to make high-quality childcare affordable, ensuring that your child receives the best possible start in life without putting strain on your family budget.

Outlined below are details of the schemes which may be available to you, the nursery management will be happy to discuss these in more detail.

Childcare Vouchers:

A childcare voucher is a scheme some employers offer to help working parents save on registered childcare costs. Childcare vouchers are available to all working parents whose employers operate childcare voucher schemes. These schemes can save you National Insurance and income tax as a set weekly amount can be deducted from your salary and used to provide childcare vouchers for the same amount. This amount is deducted from the gross salary and is exempt from National Insurance and Income Tax.

Our Nursery accepts all childcare vouchers.

Tax Credits:

You may be eligible for some financial assistance through the Child Tax Credit and Working Tax Credit. The amount you receive will depend on your circumstances. Working Tax Credit includes a childcare element to help families who are working and spending money on childcare.

FEEE - Free Early Education Entitlement:

All three and four-year-olds are entitled to 15 hours of free early education a week until they either go into reception class or reach compulsory school age (the term following their fifth birthday). This free entitlement is paid from the term after your child turns three. Some children are eligible for the 30 hours of Government-funded places if parents are meeting the criteria. Please discuss this with the Nursery Manager.

There is also funding available for 15 hours per week of free early education for two-year-olds whose families are on low income or receiving certain benefits.
